Matt Feener is a creative mentor and trainer at Horst Signs in Myerstown, PA. He began his design career over 15 years ago in Dublin, GA, after taking a semester of graphic design classes at Middle Georgia College. Throughout his career, Matt has worked independently, for a print shop, at a design agency, and for a commercial signage and graphics company.

Matt has a strong passion for teaching and a vision to help people of all ages enter the design field. His previous experiences teaching graphic design fundamentals at local schools and conferences have inspired the foundation of Elevant.

One of Matt's favorite concepts to share is, "We all, even the most renowned designers in history, start as amateurs—beginners."

Lyndon Gehman is a brand identity designer and the creative force behind his independent branding studio, Lyndo, in Myerstown, PA. His journey began at 13 when his dad purchased a copy of Adobe Photoshop, sparking a love for design that’s only grown since. Lyndon worked as a designer in various agencies, both in Ontario, Canada, and Pennsylvania before starting his own studio.

Lyndon is passionate about the exciting world of design, and he thrives on inspiring new designers in their creative journey. His workshops at conferences have sparked fresh enthusiasm among designers of all ages as they begin their own creative career. 

Lyndon’s one piece of advice to aspiring designers? “Just get started. There’s never a better time than now to dive in and begin exercising your creative muscles.”
